The common definition of an antique is a piece that is more than 100 years old. Anything more than 20 years old but less than 100 is usually considered vintage. Modern may refer to midcentury modern design from the 20th century, or be used as a synonym for current and contemporary, which generally refers to anything that is less than 20 years old up to brand new.

Vintage items are final sale, all other products are eligible for returns within 15 days of receiving your order.

If you are unsatisfied with the vintage item that you purchased or the item arrived damaged, please contact info@modishco.com.

Each item's description will indicate whether it is eligible for free shipping.

Generally, smaller items like art, decor accessories, pillows, etc. are shipped to you for free within the continental U.S. ! If you live outside the continental U.S. Please email info@modishco.com to inquire and arrange shipping for your items.

At this time we do not offer shipping for bulk items like furniture. Furniture can be picked up locally at our Warehouse in Concord NC or local delivery can be arranged for an additional charge within 50 Miles.

To arrange your local pick up or delivery please email info@modishco.com.

Orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Items purchased , especially larger items marked " local pick up only" can be picked up at our warehouse.
